#Delivery

Your lovely parcel will be delivered to your mailbox within 48 to 72 excruciating hours, for Colissimo deliveries in mainland France.
You can easily track your delivery either by connecting to your customer account, by mail or thanks to the recorded delivery text messages on your mobile phone.

Delivery costs are offered in mainland France, from 70€ purchase upwards.

Delivery costs in mainland France
Letter tariff: delivery by “lettre verte” (second class service) – no recorded delivery, for one order whose value is below 33€.

Colissimo:
- at la Poste : pick up your parcel in one of the 10 000 post offices all around France.
- Colissimo Pick up point or pick up station locker: pick up your parcel in one of the 8,000 pick up points all around France.
- Recorded delivery Colissimo: elivery at the address of your choice within 48/72 hours of your order (working days).

Partners (*): You can pick your order for free at one of our partners’ in Lyons and surrounding areas. Your products will be available at the premises of the partner of your choice, as of Friday, 2.30pm for any order placed on the previous Wednesday, prior to 11pm.

Delivery costs outside France

(1) Delivery: 5 to 7 working days for the French Overseas Departments (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte), Saint Martin, Saint-Barthelemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon. 7 to 10 working days for French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna. 
(2) Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the Vatican.

Armenia, Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Macedonia, Morocco, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey and Ukraine. 

Delivery costs are offered at ‘letter tariff’ for gift tokens whatever the destination.

You will choose the mode of payment as you validate your order.
All you have to do is follow the instructions on screen.

By credit card / Paypal

You can pay for your order by credit/debit card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard and Visa) Via la BANQUE POPULAIRE’s 100% secured servers and encrypting protocol.
The “3D secure” protection system guarantees the card’s owner’s identification, thus protecting you against any fraudulent attempt at using your card.
Your personal data are not seen by Quat’rues and will not be archived on our website at any time.

With PAYPAL, you can also choose to pay by credit/debit card or directly via your secured Paypal account.

By check

You can send a check made out to Quat’rues, at our address (12 place du Planil, 69510 Soucieu en Jarrest, France), together with the confirmation email for your order, or write down the information stated there on a sheet of paper, and attach it to your check.

By bank transfer

Information required for the transfer will be transmitted to you as you confirm your order.

#ExchangesAndReturns

Exchanges

No worries, to err is human!
Exchanges are possible for 15 days (*) after you received your parcel. Clothes must not have been worn or washed, they must be in their original state, neither damaged nor soiled.
(*) The time limit is extended during the end of year celebrations, vacations or for any good reason you can give us.

We do everything in our power to meet your requests as fast as possible, which generally means 2 or 3 days at most.

To proceed to the exchange, go to the “Product Returns” menu in your customer account. Select the relevant order, fill in the form and explain why you want your product exchanged. Finally, click on "Send back a product".
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, then we will explain how to proceed to the return of your product for an exchange.

If the product you were interested in is, unfortunately, no longer available in your size, we will suggest an exchange for another product at the same price or a refund of the product(s) (except delivery price), either via the means of payment used to pay for the order (credit/debit card – Paypal), or with a gift token of the same amount, valid on our website for a year.

Returns

We’ll do everything we can to make you satisfied, however you are completely entitled to change your mind.
Do as you would for an exchange (see above) and specify why you want the product returned.
We’ll do our best to find a solution together, as swiftly as possible. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, then we will explain how to proceed to the return of your product. 

When you receive your order, you have a 15 day time limit (*) to send back the product(s) you do not wish to keep, together with the bill, at the following address:

Return costs are at your expense.
Clothes must not have been worn or washed, they must be in their original state, neither damaged nor soiled.

When we receive your product, we will refund the articles (except for delivery costs) either by the means of payment chosen to pay for the order (credit/debit card or Paypal) or a gift token of the same amount, valid on the website for a year.

In any case, so as to make sure that all goes well, we strongly suggest that you choose tracked delivery to return your product(s).

#GiftTokens

I was offered a Quat’rues gift token. How can I use it?

What a great idea! You truly have excellent friends, keep them!

It couldn’t be any easier:
Quat’rues gift tokens are valid for a year and to be used once, only on the Quat’rues online shop. As you confirm your order, you can fill in the number of the gift token in the allotted place, before you proceed to the order confirmation. The amount of the gift token will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order.

I love your t-shirts but I’d rather have a look at them before buying one. What should I do?

No problem, we have plenty of solutions for you!

#LookingAfterYourClothes

Your tee-shirts are awesome! How can I keep them for long? A few tips on how to look after your clothes.

If you want to keep them forever (and even a little longer than that), the best solution is to keep your Quat’rue tee-shirt in its package, to slip it into an airtight box, away from light, heat or cold. Or frame it and put it on the wall in your living room. But, for sure, you won’t make the best of it that way.

Actually, it would be simpler to go by the following tips for the good of your organic cotton tee-shirts:

Lavage coton bio

1 - Wash your organic cotton tee-shirts by hand or machine-wash them, inside out, at a maximum temperature of 30°C or 40°C.

2 - Avoid using a clothes-dryer. It is less aggressive to your clothes, better for the environment and helps you cut down on your energy expenses..

Repassage coton bio

3 - Iron your tee-shirt inside out, and never iron the printing. Even though our t-shirts printings are high quality and very resistant, this can only make them last longer.
